We’re the EXPERTS in used machinery sales…

HTS Plant is a family run business and the team have been supplying quality used construction plant and equipment since 2001. Over the years we have sold hundreds of machines across the UK including: excavators, dumpers, rollers, cement mixers, mini diggers, petrol saws and more!

We started out in a small workshop in Dorking, Surrey and moved to larger premises in Hereford in 2007. More space meant more stock! Our stock levels continued to grow year on year and we have supplied everything from hydraulic breakers to 8 ton excavators.

Our stock is located on the same site as our sister company, HTS Spares, so we have full access to the 12,000+ machinery parts they keep in stock. This enables us to buy in broken or unused machines, restore them to full working condition and make them available for sale again.

Meet the Team!

Jeremy Knappett

Jeremy is our sales director and is a real man’s man and enjoys all things mechanical! Rain or shine he will be fixing, drilling, welding; sometimes destroying anything he can get his hands on. When he isn’t taking something apart, you will find him in an auction room bidding on something that he can then most probably take apart!

Did you know: When Jeremy was 6, he opened the door of a landrover and fell out…mid-roundabout!!

Louis Mucklow

As our main mechanic in the workshop – Louis can fix or mend any job he puts his hands to!

In his spare time he enjoys riding his motorbike out on the country roads and when he’s not doing this… he’s got his feet up watching motorsports! If Louis could be anyone for the day, he would love to be Einstein – we asked him why? His reply – ‘he’s got the brains!!’

Did you know: Louis used to shoot for GB Olympics.
